About the role

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon entering the store and assist with inquiries.
• Answer incoming phone calls and manage them appropriately.
• Operate the KCX cash register system to process customer transactions accurately.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy.
• Price store merchandise as directed by store management.
• Stock merchandise on shelves as needed.
• Manage customer returns as instructed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Frequent lifting up to 25 pounds is required.
• Long periods of standing and frequent bending and twisting are common.
