About the role

The Cashier interacts with customers at the retail store, providing excellent customer service. Hours can vary and may include night or weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the retail store, assisting with inquiries.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and handle them appropriately.
• Handle customer transactions using the KCX cash register system.
• Ensure accurate cash handling.
• Price store merchandise as directed by store management.
• Stock merchandise on shelves as directed by store management.
• Manage customer returns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
