Cashier (Part-Time) - Minot, ND

About the role

The Cashier interacts with customers as they enter and leave the retail store, providing excellent customer service and accurate processing of customer transactions.

Hours vary with days, evenings (until 9pm), and a rotating weekend/holiday coverage required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the retail store, assisting with customer service questions.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and handle appropriately.
• Handle customer transactions utilizing KCX cash register system.
• Ensure accurate cash handling.
• Price store merchandise as requested by store management.
• Stock merchandise on shelves as requested by store management.
• Handle customer returns.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Frequent lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Frequent bending and twisting.

Working Environment
