Responsibilities

  • Settle all customer checks in the system accurately
  • Properly complete all cash or credit transactions as necessary
  • Achieve an excellent customer service atmosphere for all guests
  • Assist other staff as necessary to ensure pleasant guest experience
  • Provide all guests with a copy of their receipt
  • Perform necessary side work and maintain a clean and orderly workspace
  • Follow departmental rules to ensure safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
  • Thank guests for their patronage and invite them back
  • Return the bank to the Cage
  • Understand and utilize Infogenesis system
  • Exemplify company core values, family style service, mission, and vision
  • Exemplify company DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culture
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Ability to smile, make eye contact, and communicate easily with the public
    • Positive attitude and ability to be courteous during demanding times
    • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff
    • The ability to read, write, and speak the English language
    • A High School diploma or equivalent

    Additional Requirements

    • Ability to stand for long periods of time
    • Work is performed in an area which may be unusually noisy and crowded
    • Mobility to include bending, reaching, prolonged standing and walking, accessing, and lifting items from floor level to six feet high
    • Normal sense of smell, touch, sound and vision range
    • Eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity as well as the ability to distinguish letters, symbols and currency
    • Work area is subject to variable temperatures
    • May be subject to smoking environment and moderate noise

    Guest Service (Internal/External) Standards

    • Employee is required to meet and deliver our core values, service standards, and family style service.
    • Must have the ability to provide internal/external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests.
    • Above average speech – both speaking and reading/writing English.
    • Need excellent interpersonal skills.

    Performance Requirements

    • Work requires schedule flexibility which may include weekends.
