About the role

The Cashier interacts with customers at the retail store, providing excellent customer service. Hours are part-time evenings and may include night or weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Handle customer transactions using the KCX cash register system
• Ensure accurate cash handling
• Price store merchandise as directed
• Stock merchandise on shelves as needed
• Handle customer returns
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Excellent customer service skills required
• Frequent lifting up to 25 pounds
• Long periods of standing
• Frequent bending and twisting
• Irregular work schedule
