About the role

Be the advocate for our guests and consistently meet their expectations by providing a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience. Project a professional manner and maintain a neat, clean work area at all times. Core tasks include bagging groceries, performing price checks, and carrying groceries to guests’ cars.

Responsibilities

• Greet each guest, make eye contact, and thank them for their business.
• Deliver a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience that meets guest expectations.
• Project a professional appearance in accordance with dress code and personal grooming policy.
• Work safely and maintain a neat, clean work area per company policies and procedures.
• Fill all guest orders with care and efficiency — bagging groceries, price checks, loading carts, and carry-outs.
• Operate the bottle return area safely and in accordance with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain sufficient stock levels of Front End supplies.
• Communicate new policies or promotional programs to guests.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Must be reliable.
• Basic literacy.
• Basic computer skills.
• Satisfactory performance reviews.
