Responsibilities
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Help boost sales by promoting products and offers
- Process returns and exchanges
- Collect customer information
- Maintain store presentation and cleanliness
- Assist with restocking and support team operations as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Deep interest in fashion
- Leadership qualities with a growth mindset
- Strong customer service skills and ability to connect with people
- Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts
- Ability to stay on your feet and lift up to 35 lbs. (≈16 kg) during busy periods
