About the role
Goodwill Industries of Kentucky is seeking a high-energy, positive, and team-minded Cashier to join their retail team. This role is integral to the success of the store's operations and supports the organization's core values of respect, excellence, and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Complete transactions, handle money responsibly, and maintain POS accuracy.
- Sort, grade, process, and stock shelves of donated goods.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Perform basic housekeeping duties to maintain the cleanliness of the store.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- No formal education required.
- One year of customer service and/or production experience preferred.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 20 lbs. frequently and up to 10 lbs. occasionally.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk around the store.
