Cashier - Nights/Weekends

About the role

As a Cashier at Raising Cane’s, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, filling drink orders, working the drive‑thru, and playing an essential role in the Restaurant’s front of house. Cashiers guide the customer experience and interact with each customer who visits the Restaurant. They can advance to Certified Trainer and cross‑train to back‑of‑house positions. The role is entry‑level (no experience required) and includes paid training. The restaurant is hiring immediately for all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Filling drink orders
• Working the drive‑thru
• Cleaning tables, floors and other areas of the Restaurant
• Taking orders from customers and processing payments efficiently
• Following proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Ability to multitask
• Guiding the customer experience
• Interacting with each customer

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Kneel, bend, twist or stoop
• Ascend or descend stairs
• Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time
• Provide quick and friendly service
• Work together as a team, assisting other crewmembers
• Work under pressure and at a fast pace
