Cashier - Mid shift

About the role

As a Cashier at Raising Cane’s, you will greet and assist customers, fill drink orders, work the drive‑thru, and play an essential role in the restaurant’s front‑of‑house. You will guide the customer experience and interact with every guest. Cashiers can quickly advance to roles such as Certified Trainer or cross‑train in back‑of‑house positions, and the position is entry‑level with paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers
• Fill drink orders
• Work the drive‑thru
• Guide the customer experience and interact with each guest
• Lift and carry, push or pull objects up to 50 lb
• Kneel, bend, twist or stoop
• Ascend or descend stairs
• Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication
• Show up to scheduled shifts on time
• Clean tables, floors and other restaurant areas
• Take orders from customers and process payments efficiently
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Ability to multitask

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Provide quick and friendly service to all customers
• Work together as a team, assisting crewmembers to ensure continuity of service
• Work under pressure and at a fast pace

• Comply with company policies
• No prior restaurant cashier experience required – entry‑level with paid training
