Cashier-Lucas Oil Live Entertainment Venue

Responsibilities

• Timely, efficient, and accurate cash and credit card transactions and reporting.
• Setting-up, maintaining and cleaning workstation.
• Selling items, collecting payment, and making correct change.
• Interacting with customers to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
• Preparing simple menu items.
• Entering all sales into cash register to ensure accurate recording.
• Performing closing duties including cleanup, product storage, and trash removal.
• Providing quick, efficient, accurate, and friendly service to all guests.
• Verifying I.D. on all customers ordering alcohol.
• Suggestively selling and upselling items.
• Maintaining a clean, neat, and safe work area.
• Interacting with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
• Performing arithmetic operations involving all United States monetary units (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work in an open-air environment during all climate conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, up and down stairs/ramps.
• Ability to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
• Meeting state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services.
• Practicing safe work habits, following all safety policies and procedures, and regulations, completing company-wide safety training, and any additional job-specific safety training.
