CASHIER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)
About the role
Fresh Ideas is seeking immediate hires for full-time and part-time CASHIER positions at Rose State College, located at 1910 Hudiburg Drive, Midwest City, OK 73110. Online applications are accepted only. Schedules range from full-time (Monday through Friday, varying hours) to part-time, with some weekend shifts required. Mornings, afternoons, and evenings are available.
Responsibilities
- Performs cashiering duties, including making cash transactions, verifying cash drawer, giving change, counting cash receipts, and completing cash reports.
- Maintains sanitation standards in the preparation, service, and dining room facilities.
- Enters all sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are accurately recorded.
- Accepts various forms of payment, issues receipts, and handles cash refunds.
- Observes customer purchases, differentiates between standard portions, and replenishes condiments, coffee, and other beverages.
- Ensures compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
- Resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Keeps pastry case stocked and maintains cleanliness of service areas.
- Follows standard procedures for issuing cash refunds.
- May perform general food service work.
Requirements
A year of prior customer service and POS experience is preferred.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required. A valid driver’s license is preferred but not required.
Skills
Customer service skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently, and basic computer skills are essential.

Pay
$12.50 per hour to $14.50 per hour.
