Pay
$17.00 per hour to $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Help prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts
- Help prepare catering orders
- Perform cashier duties using the POS system
- Perform general cleaning duties; remove trash and garbage to designated areas
- Provide service in all retail areas, including cashiering and line serving
- Cashier according to established procedures, maintaining cash accuracy with receipts
- Make deposits at the end of each shift
- Inventory and restock supplies and food products
- Set up serving line, ensuring temperatures are taken, recorded and within acceptable ranges; notify cooks if food temperatures are not within acceptable limits
- Serve hot and cold items to customers
- Set up items for purchase on daily basis
- Keep refrigerator stocked and product rotated using the first in, first out rule
- Stock pantries with correct par levels of food items on a daily basis
- Record replenished amounts on floor stock form for each unit
- Record refrigerator temperatures on floor stock form daily
- Perform other duties as assigned
