Cashier / Food Runner

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Cashier: Welcome all guests as they enter the store and provide them with an inviting and memorable experience. Efficiently and accurately take customer orders using our POS system, ensuring all transactions are correct and complete. Provide the highest level of customer service, addressing any questions or requests promptly and courteously. Have a thorough understanding of our menu items, including ingredients, allergies and benefits, to help customers make informed choices. Assist in preparing and delivering delicious food to guests, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Restock stations regularly to ensure they are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies. Follow all policies and procedures for health and food safety, ensuring an inviting environment for both guests and team members. Collaborate with your manager and team members to maintain smooth operations and a positive work atmosphere. Support with any additional duties assigned.

Deliver guests’ food and beverages, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. Regularly check on guests at their tables to ensure they have everything they need and are satisfied with their dining experience. Restock stations regularly to ensure they are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies. Follow all policies and procedures for health and food safety, ensuring an inviting environment for both guests and team members. Collaborate with your manager and team members to maintain smooth operations and a positive work atmosphere. Support with any additional duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in the hospitality and/or food service industry (e.g. restaurant, hotel, etc.).
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Funny and outgoing attitude!
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• May stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
