Responsibilities

Cashier:

• Welcome guests and provide an inviting, memorable experience.
• Efficiently and accurately take customer orders using the POS system.
• Provide high-level customer service, addressing questions and requests promptly.
• Understand menu items, including ingredients, allergies, and benefits.
• Assist in preparing and delivering food, maintaining quality and presentation.
• Restock and maintain clean, organized stations.
• Follow health and food safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations.
• Support with additional duties as assigned.

Food Runner:

• Welcome guests and provide an inviting, memorable experience.
• Provide high-level customer service, addressing questions and requests promptly.
• Understand menu items, including ingredients and benefits.
• Deliver food and beverages, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Restock and maintain clean, organized stations.
• Follow health and food safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations.
• Support with additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or food service (e.g., restaurant, hotel).
• Passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fun and outgoing attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay

$15 per hour + tips
