Responsibilities

• Assist customers with information, food orders, and payment transactions in assigned Food & Beverage areas during daily park operation as well as special events.
• Set up assigned unit or counter area for daily operation.
• Greet customers and take orders in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
• Keep area clean and stocked during business hours.
• Perform light cooking and abide by all food handling requirements at all times.
• Assist other areas when needed.
• Assume leadership role as needed.
• Perform additional duties or tasks as assigned or requested.

Working Conditions

• Indoors & Outdoors
• Frequent standing and walking.
• May require some lifting of up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to remain calm during peak periods where long lines and customer complaints are most likely to occur.

Communication Demands

Requires effective communication skills to provide excellent customer service.

• Cleaning tools and products
