Job Summary

The F&B Cashier will ensure consistent quality products, responsible for the preparation and sale of all food items per menu standards. The work environment includes standing 8-10 hours, frequent walking, sitting, reaching, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests
• Greet guests approaching service area
• Prepare and sell all food items on the menu and handle all cash transactions
• Clean and sanitize all food service equipment used to prepare and serve the menu items
• Operate all equipment in the stand
• Maintain current knowledge of daily menus and prices
• Ensure proper stock of product and supplies needed for service
• Open and close inventories
• Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests
• Perform clean-up duties in the stand to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment
• Stand for 8-10 hours
• Other duties as assigned

Education And Experience

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred customer service or food & beverage experience
• Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 25 lbs
• Subjected to moderate to loud noise levels
• May need to circulate throughout the assigned areas, including the smoking area, actively observing players and functioning of machines
