Customer Service$18–$20/hrFull-time
Responsibilities
- Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers; make correct change and issue receipts
- Answer telephone system and directing customers to the appropriate department; strive to minimize hold time
- Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to appropriate department for resolution
- Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with customers and fellow employees
- Aid in scanning and filing as needed
- Assist managers with various clerical duties as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent Attendance and Promptness
- Friendly helpful disposition
- Attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus
- Available to work occasional additional hours as needed, including nights, weekends
- Good communication skills
