About the role

Join our energetic and friendly team at BOTH Inc Golden Corral as a CASHIER. We offer flexible part-time and full-time shifts, including AM and PM options, with free all-you-can-eat buffet meals every shift. Enjoy performance raises, advancement opportunities, and no prior experience needed – we’ll train you!

Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they enter and invites them to return.
• Offers assistance to guests, especially during peak times.
• Processes internet and phone food orders for curbside pickup.
• Processes To-Go orders for guests who choose their own food from the buffet.
• Handles payments accurately and courteously.
• Ensures the buffet is set up correctly and maintains cleanliness.
• Notifies the Manager when the drawer needs to be taken to the safe.
• Ensures drawer balances with daily paperwork.

Requirements

• Standing and walking for 3-4 hours without breaks.
• Moderate lifting and carrying (1-35 lbs.), bending, and reaching.
• Forceful grip for using tools like cash registers and drink dispensers.
• Work setting within the restaurant.

Qualifications

No prior experience is required. We provide comprehensive training.

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of the Golden Corral menu and prices.
• Ability to follow health department regulations.
