Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service
• Process cash, credit, debit, and mobile payments accurately using the POS system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting cashier and store environment
• Stay knowledgeable about products, promotions, and store policies to assist customers effectively
• Support inventory control and restock merchandise as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations

Requirements

• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing
• Able to multitask and work efficiently during busy periods
• Dependable, punctual, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
