Cashier/Crossroads Operator
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Processes transactions quickly and accurately, following established cash handling procedures
- Provides excellent service in a friendly, sincere, and courteous manner
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the checkout areas
- Safeguards compliance with all sanitation and health safety standards at the point of sale
- Supports other dining service operations as needed to ensure an efficient workflow
- Affords assistance in monitoring inventory levels and reporting discrepancies or needs to management to ensure all necessary supplies are available for operations
- Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and point of sale systems
- Skills in delivering exceptional customer service
- Skills in time management, organization, and multi-tasking in high volume environments
- Skills in verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
Minimum Education & Experience
- High School diploma or GED
- No experience required

Current Anticipated Hours/Work Location
- Location: Crossroads
- Work Schedule: Mon-Thurs 11:30am-8pm, Fri 10:30am-7pm, Sat/Sun OFF
- Work schedule may need to fluctuate based on University-wide events, and academic breaks.
