Cashier - Constant Grind

About the role

The incumbent will process customer orders, process payments, and provide excellent customer service for the Coffee Bar II under the guidance of the Manager – Food & Beverage. The role requires maintaining a high level of integrity, ethics, and discretion, and adhering to Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly
• Take orders accurately and handle inquiries about menu items and specials
• Process payments, make change, and issue receipts accurately
• Keep the front counter, register area, and seating area clean and organized
• Absorb and maintain a high level of knowledge of Company information to engage with customers
• Assist with restocking supplies like cups, lids, and condiment items
• Occasionally work nights, weekends, holidays, and outside of regular work schedule, if needed
• Maintain a professional demeanor and exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Presentation of an outgoing personality and professional demeanor
• Previous Casino and/or hotel experience preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Maintain a high level of integrity, ethics, and discretion
• Exceptional administrative and multi-tasking skills
• Basic mathematical skills specific to job responsibilities

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and/or move 20 pounds or more
• Close, distance, color, and peripheral vision
• Depth perception and ability to adjust focus
