Cashier - Cast Member

About the role

Cashiers are the frontline of guest service at Chuck E. Cheese. They take orders, process payments, and assist with prizes.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and process payments
• Help with prizes and other services
• Empowered to provide the greatest service anywhere through cross-training in various positions

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16
• Excellent customer service skills
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality

Essential Job Functions and Work Environment

• Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds during scheduled shifts
• Stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shifts
• Handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
• Work environment includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises
