Cashier - Cast Member

About the role

Cec Entertainment is a family-focused entertainment company known for its iconic Chuck E. Cheese and Peter Piper Pizza brands. We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Cashiers.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, process payments, and assist with prizes for guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all guests.
• Support cross-training in various positions to gain a broad range of skills.
• Participate in the "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program to earn wages immediately after work.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16 years old.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.

Pay

The pay structure varies based on whether the position is exempt or non-exempt. For exempt positions, commission potential ranges from $0.50 to $10.00 per Membership sold and from $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass sold, paid bi-weekly. For non-exempt positions, the commission potential ranges from $2.00 to $8.00 per Membership sold and from $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass sold, also paid bi-weekly.

Schedule

Shifts vary and can include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Specific schedules will be determined upon hire.
