Cashier - Cast Member

About the role

Cashiers are the frontline of guest service at Chuck E. Cheese. They take orders, process payments, help with prizes, and more. The "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program allows immediate earnings.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and process payments
• Help with prizes and games
• Handle cash and credit transactions
• Ensure smooth operation of the cash register
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16
• Excellent customer service skills
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat

Essential Job Functions and Work Environment

• Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
• Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shift
• Handle job stress and interact effectively with others, including guests and co-workers
• Work in a fast-paced environment with flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises
