Cashier Cafe

Responsibilities

• Always waits on customers in a pleasant and helpful manner, escalating any customer dissatisfaction to the manager on duty.
• Makes customers food and beverage orders in-person and over phone using ePOS Software.
• Answers all telephone calls in a friendly manner using the Company's standard greeting and closure.
• Operates cash register and credit card machine.
• Checks in retail orders.
• Prices and stocks of all merchandise as directed.
• Maintains clean, organized counters, displays, shelves, windows, and coolers.
• Sweeps/mops floors daily or as needed; cleans and organizes stock room.
• Cleans and organizes stock room daily.
• Empties all trash receptacles and keeps the store and surrounding area free of trash and hazards.
• Notifies supervisor immediately any time a guest is not 100% satisfied with their experience.
• Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Friendly and courteous.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic math aptitude, ability to count back change manually.
• Able to operate cash registers & calculators.
• Willing to perform basic manual labor and continuously move about the facility for extended periods of time.
• Able to lift and carry 50 pounds.
• Knowledgeable about park features, rules & regulations.
• Willing and able to work weekends, holidays, early mornings and evenings.
• Must be able to work with minimal/no supervision.
• Should have reliable transportation.
• Possess current food handler's certification.
• Experience with POS or equivalent retail system is preferred.
