Cashier

About the role

As a member of The Big League Dreams team, you will work under the direction of the Food and Beverage Director, performing a variety of duties to support our food and beverage operations and deliver world-class customer service to teams and families visiting our complex.

Responsibilities

• Ring in sales and assist customers in one of our F&B areas.
• Prepare food orders in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment.
• Organize shelves and displays to enhance appeal for staff and customers.
• Receive and store all food and beverage inventory in proper, food-safe areas.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary environment within concession stands, dining areas, and workspaces.
• Routinely clean and disinfect equipment, tables, windows, floors, and dining areas.
• Stock and organize inventory.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of food and beverage work experience.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as determined by your supervisor.
• Flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering a "high five" experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic.
• Must be 21 or older.

Special Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Routinely required to work extended hours, including weekdays, nights, and weekends.
• Must be able to move quickly to assist customers.
• Frequently reach for high-placed boxes and items, handle or feel objects or controls, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb stairs.
• Routinely lift or move up to 50 pounds at least 20% of the time.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Exposure to extreme hot/cold weather conditions, dust, particles, and loud noises.
