About the role

Raising Cane’s is hiring Restaurant Crewmembers to work all shifts, including opening and closing shifts. Positions are entry-level and require no prior restaurant experience. Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Wear a Raising Cane’s hat and wear many hats as a critical part of the Restaurant team.
• Work all shifts including opening shifts, closing shifts, and everything in between.
• Handle various roles such as customer service associate, retail team member, cashier, server, kitchen lead, cook, prep cook, and drive-thru cashier.
• Perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, kneeling, bending, twisting, stooping, ascending/descending stairs, reaching, grasping, cleaning tables, floors, taking orders, processing payments, and following safety procedures.
• Show up to scheduled shifts on time and work under pressure and at a fast pace.
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers, align with Raising Cane’s culture, and take initiative.
• Ensure continuity of service by assisting other crew members and complying with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to kneel, bend, twist, stoop, ascend/descend stairs, reach, grasp objects, and follow safety procedures.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to work under pressure and at a fast pace.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Starting hiring pay at: $17.00
