Cashier

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Set up Concession stand prior to opening with condiments, napkins, utensils, etc.
• Take customer orders and communicate them to the kitchen
• Operate cash resister which includes punching in orders, taking cash/credit cards and giving customer appropriate change
• Organize and serve customers with food ordered in a timely manner
• Establish and maintain positive client/customer relationships
• Clean and maintain Concession stands
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Attention to detail
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
• Strong customer service skills
• Basic working knowledge of cash register and cash handling procedures
• Pass credit background check

• Movement around the facility
• Standing for long hours during events
• Talking and hearing
• Walking and stooping
• Reaching, standing, walking and stooping
• Constantly balancing and having good manual dexterity

Working Conditions

• Location: Sames Auto Arena
• Physical demands: Moderate noise level, lifting up to 50 lbs, repetitive eye/hand coordination
