About the role

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking an enthusiastic part-time Morning/Daytime Front of House Team Member who is passionate about food quality, customer service, and community. In this role, you will work with a dynamic team to serve a unique menu featuring scratch-baked bread, pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches made with honest, whole ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Actively listen to guests and confidently suggest meal and gift items to both first-time visitors and returning regulars.
• Work quickly, learn from mistakes, and proactively assist other departments as needed.
• Maintain attentiveness to compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for food handling and sanitation standards.

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service or serving experience (preferred but not required).
• Flexible schedule; shifts vary weekly based on customer traffic and time of year, starting as early as 7 AM and ending as late as 10 PM, Monday through Saturday.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
