About the role

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is currently looking for an enthusiastic part-time Morning/Daytime Front of House Team Member who is as passionate about food quality, customer service, & community as we are! In the role of Front of House Team Member, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team who offer a unique menu selection from scratch baked bread & pastries to incredible soups, salads, & sandwiches all made with honest, whole ingredients.

Responsibilities

• A "can do" attitude – the ability to actively listen to guests and the confidence to suggest meal & gift items to first‑time guests and returning regulars.
• The ability to work quickly, learn from mistakes, and look for opportunities to step in and help other departments even before being asked.

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service/serving experience (preferred, not required).
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards.
• Must be 16+ years old to qualify for this position.

Schedule

• Flexible schedule and split‑shifts available.
• Shifts can start as early as 7 am and end as late as 10 pm, Monday – Saturday.
• Shift times vary week to week based on customer traffic and season.
