About the role

Apart from the typical Monday through Saturday operating hours, Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is closed on Sundays and during Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Responsibilities

• Work with a dynamic team to offer a unique menu including scratch-baked bread and pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches made with honest, whole ingredients.
• Actively listen to guests and confidently suggest meal and gift items to both first-time and returning guests.
• Quickly work, learn from mistakes, and proactively assist other departments without being explicitly asked.

Requirements

• One or more years of customer service/serving experience (preferred but not required).
• Compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.
• Flexible schedule that can start as early as 7 AM and end as late as 10 PM, with shifts varying based on customer traffic and time of year.

• Must be 16 years old to apply.
