Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking an enthusiastic Front of House Team Member who shares our passion for food quality, customer service, and community.

Responsibilities

• Work within a dynamic team offering a unique menu of scratch-baked bread and pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches made with honest, whole ingredients.
• Serve as a first-time guest and returning regular's point of contact, suggesting meal and gift items.
• Quickly adapt to new situations, learn from mistakes, and assist other departments proactively.

Requirements

• At least 1+ years of customer service/serving experience (preferred but not required).
• Attention to local, state, and federal regulations for food handler and sanitation standards.
• A flexible schedule that can accommodate shifts starting as early as 7am and ending as late as 10pm on weekdays.
