Job Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and offer a sincere, personal invitation to return as the guests leave.
• Offer assistance to any guests who may need help.
• Process GC On the Go To-Go orders.
• Handle payments accurately.
• Know and follow position responsibilities as they relate to just-in-time delivery.
• Have a full knowledge of the menu and prices.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness at the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas.
• Help ensure the buffet is set up properly and labels are correct.
• Clean all buffets and surrounding areas.
• Follow local health department laws.
• Perform duty roster and ensure cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met.
• Inform the Manager when the money in the drawer needs to be taken to the safe to reduce the risk of robbery.
• Ensure drawer balances with daily paperwork.

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• An attention to detail.
• The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• The ability to stand for long periods of time.
• The ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
