About the role

Goodwill Industries of Kentucky is seeking a dynamic Cashier to join their team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the retail store's operations and aligning with the organization's core values of respect, excellence, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Complete transactions, handle money responsibly, and ensure accuracy of point of sale purchases.
• Sort, grade, process, and stock shelves of donated goods.
• Maintain a positive shopping experience through excellent customer service.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties to keep the store clean.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• No formal education required.
• One year of customer service and/or production experience preferred.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 20 lbs. frequently and perform tasks such as sitting, standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and walking.
