Cashier

About the role

Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for motivated, team-building individuals to fill a Full-Time Cashier position at our Imlay City Store located at 605 E Cedar St, Imlay City, MI 48444.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and conduct sales-related functions as directed and according to policy, procedure and job standards
• Maintain cash register variance to Goodwill's acceptable margin of error rate
• Run 3 racks of clothing to sales floor per hour
• Smile!

Requirements

• Can you lift and carry 35 pounds without help?
• Can you reach, bend or stoop?
• Are you able to stand six to eight hours a day?
• Do you have a reliable means of transportation to report to work on time?
• Can you distinguish colors?
• Are you pleasant, cheerful and professional?

Pay

$15.00 an hour plus 20% discount on purchases

Schedule

Full-Time (estimated 30-40 hrs per week)
