About the role

Festival Foods is a Wisconsin grocer dedicated to community service and guest satisfaction. We operate over 40 full-service supermarkets statewide. This role involves engaging with guests, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked store.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests through friendly conversations and eye contact.
• Scan groceries, process sales, and handle transactions efficiently.
• Bag items thoughtfully to ensure products reach their destination in good condition.
• Maintain awareness of promotions and assist guests accordingly.
• Keep the register station neat and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Relay guest requests to the Guest Services leadership team as needed.
• Ensure all quality and quantity standards are met, especially during peak times.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
• Honor commitments by being punctual and reliable.

Requirements

• Must have availability to work until 11 PM.
• Customer service skills, retail experience, strong communication abilities, accuracy, and equipment operation.
• Physical demands include standing for long periods, bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting.
• Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

Pay

• Hourly wage with additional Sunday and holiday premiums.
• Part-time store associates receive a $1 premium per hour on Sundays and select holidays.
