Cashier

About the role

Provide exceptional guest service by operating a cash register and assisting guests with a “Say Yes to the Guest” attitude. This includes scanning, ringing, and entering customer merchandise, collecting payments, delivering correct change, bagging items, and addressing customer questions or concerns.

Responsibilities

• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Collect money, checks, electronic payments, and coupons; ensure correct change and maintain cash drawer security.
• Scan or ring items accurately, including entering department numbers, produce items, UPC numbers, look-up numbers, weights, and non-scannable items.
• Assist guests with locating merchandise and addressing questions or concerns.
• Bag guest merchandise carefully as needed.

Pay

USD $12.75 - USD $17.75 per hour.
