The Role
This is not your typical cashier position. As a Front of House Associate, you’ll be the face of Co-Dough—interacting with customers, keeping things moving efficiently, and helping create a welcoming, high-energy environment. It’s fast-paced, detail-oriented, and requires someone who can think on their feet while maintaining a positive attitude. If you enjoy being busy, solving problems in real time, and taking pride in delivering a great customer experience, you’ll do well here.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Take and process orders accurately using our POS system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked front-of-house area
- Communicate clearly with other team members to ensure smooth service
- Handle cash and card transactions responsibly
- Help manage flow during busy periods and keep lines moving
- Answer customer questions about products, ingredients, and availability
- Support overall shop operations as needed

Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment
- Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
