About the role

Join our team as a Cashier / Greeter at Cicis Pizza in Auburn! We're hiring for both full-time and part-time positions where you'll focus on delivering quality guest service with a fun and friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders and provide positive, friendly interactions with a sense of urgency.
• Work as a team, support other positions during shifts, and complete closing duties including cleaning.
• Assist with take-out, third-party delivery, OLO, and phone orders.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to keep guests coming back.
• Follow food safety practices and maintain a clean restaurant environment.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and honestly (if applicable).
• Work flexible shifts including mornings, lunch, dinner, and closing.

Requirements

• Passion for serving up great experiences with a smile.
• Outgoing, upbeat personality with strong communication skills.
• Positive attitude that enhances guest experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Willingness to stand, walk, and hustle during shifts.
• Weekend availability (our busiest times!).

Qualifications

Restaurant experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train the right attitude!
