Job Summary

Increases customer confidence and loyalty by providing accurate, fast and courteous customer checkout services. Manages lane operations, ensures safety and complies with regulatory requirements.

Essential Responsibilities

• Creates a welcoming environment to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Escalates customer concerns to management with a positive attitude.

• Stocks and restocks front-end products, manages supplies to minimize waste.

• Assists customers with unloading purchases, packs groceries, checks prices, and collects shopping carts.

• Maintains company standards for safety, sanitation, and productivity.

• Ensures adherence to regulatory compliance and executes product recalls.

• Reports and addresses safety risks, incidents, and illegal activities.

• Ensures adherence to wage and hour policies.

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School/GED Diploma or equivalent.

• Customer Service skills, effective communication, stress management, basic computer skills.

• Knowledge of company policies and procedures, high integrity, reliable authorization to work in the US or ability to obtain it.

• Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
