Essential Responsibilities

• Creates a welcoming environment to enhance customer confidence and loyalty.

• Escalates customer concerns to management with a positive attitude.

• Stocks front-end products, restocks supplies, and manages lane operations to minimize waste and costs.

• Assists customers with unloading purchases, packing groceries, checking prices, and collecting shopping carts.

• Maintains safety standards, follows regulatory compliance, and reports safety incidents.

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School/GED Diploma

• Customer Service skills

• Effective communication skills

• Basic computer skills

• Compliance with company policies and procedures
