Job Summary

Increases customer confidence and loyalty by providing accurate, fast, and courteous customer checkout services. Manages lanes according to service standards, stocks products, and ensures safety and compliance.

Essential Responsibilities

• Creates a welcoming environment to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Escalates customer concerns appropriately and maintains a positive attitude.

• Stocks and restocks front-end products, managing inventory to minimize waste and costs.

• Assists customers with unloading purchases, packing groceries, and checking prices.

• Collects shopping carts and ensures adherence to safety and compliance standards.

• Trains new cashiers and executes safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School/GED Diploma or equivalent.

• Customer service skills, effective communication, and basic computer proficiency.

• Ability to handle stressful situations and comply with company policies.

• Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same.

• Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
