About the role

LV Petroleum, a cornerstone of customer service in the fuel and convenience industry, is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Cashier to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will directly interact with our customers, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience while making transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Keep the cashier area tidy and well-stocked for a pleasant customer experience.
• Be knowledgeable about our products and services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
• Work alongside team members to ensure effective operations and a supportive work environment.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of items as necessary.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a cashier or customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and collaborating with colleagues.
• Must be punctual and reliable; willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team-oriented environment.
