About the role
The Parking Garage Attendant is tasked with providing excellent Customer Service to all our daily and monthly parking patrons. You will be expected to attend to our customer's needs, questions, and any concerns they may have regarding parking with us in our facilities. Light maintenance will be expected within our parking office as well as our parking equipment. Maintaining an open line of communication with your Supervisors and working in a team setting is expected as well.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent Customer Service to all our daily and monthly parking patrons.
- Attend to customers' needs, questions, and concerns regarding parking.
- Perform light maintenance within the parking office and parking equipment.
- Maintain an open line of communication with Supervisors and work in a team setting.
- Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Able to follow verbal/written directions.
- Must have excellent customer service skills with at least one year of experience.
- Must be dependable with at least one year of experience working in an office setting.
Qualifications
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Experience working in a parking garage/lot setting is preferred.
Skills
- Customer service savvy.
- Able to handle a busy, fast-paced work environment.
- Experience working in an office setting.
