Cash Management Solutions Officer
About the role
As a Cash Management Solution Officer within Business Banking, you will provide Cash Management solutions to branch-managed customers and prospects over the phone, assist Small Business Specialists, and participate in projects and pilots for the branch-managed segment.
Responsibilities
- Work with Business Relationship Managers to develop new profitable Cash Management business while maintaining and growing the existing portfolio via phone.
- Leverage core knowledge to recommend and promote Cash Management solutions to clients and prospects while adhering to risk parameters that protect the bank.
- Convey a professional, knowledgeable, and confident demeanor over the phone.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Chase Business Online and One Card with Rewards, performing client onboarding with professionalism and skill.
- Build collaborative internal relationships to foster partnerships with assigned relationship managers, Area Managers, Market Managers, Divisional Directors, and cross-functional partners.
- Actively participate in partner meetings and communicate key Cash Management messages timely and accurately.
- Manage customer expectations by communicating upfront timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful implementation of Cash Management products.
- Protect the firm by applying sound risk management protocols and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Take ownership of escalated Cash Management client issues and leverage appropriate resources to champion results.
Requirements
- One year of experience in Cash Management/Treasury Services or related business experience.
- General knowledge of Cash Management products/solutions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field.

- Relationship Building: Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners via phone and influence those outside of direct management control.
- Marketing Expertise: Ability to leverage knowledge to proactively and creatively present solutions to clients and prospects.
- Business Acumen: Ability to understand the overarching Cash Management business environment both internally and externally, and manage business results in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Time Management: Ability to establish and consistently follow a disciplined process to plan activities, manage time, and accomplish tasks and objectives.
