About the role
The Cash Management & Control Case Manager, Annuity New Business is responsible for supporting the accurate and timely processing of premium payments for annuity contracts, ensuring proper cash handling, reconciliation, and compliance with all regulatory and operational requirements. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding funds, minimizing financial risk, and maintaining the integrity of new business operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor cash application trends, suspense activities, and processing discrepancies to identify opportunities for improved controls, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Assist in systems testing and create training materials for the team.
- Communicate with Financial Advisors regarding the status of their pending annuity applications.
- Partner with Product Management, Compliance, and various departments across the organization to orchestrate successful and compliant product launches.
- Triage escalations and complex requests to determine the critical path to resolution, setting appropriate expectations and providing timely status updates to external partners.
- Operate at a high level to consistently exceed business unit quality and service level agreement standards.
- Collaborate on or lead cross-functional tasks and projects, while acting as a liaison to provide updates to management.
- Foster a collaborative, consumer-centric, and innovative team culture.

- You demonstrate a positive, professional, and proactive approach to work.
- You have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Qualifications
- You must be legally authorized to work in the United States, without the need for employer sponsorship.

Schedule
Primary location is Bethlehem, PA, with work from home eligibility for two days each week. 10% travel required.
