Cash Management Associate

This position supports the ACH / Cash Control department at the bank. The team is responsible for establishing ACH profiles (direct deposit), enabling branches and their clients to initiate electronic fund transfers.

Responsibilities

• Review and process ACH (direct deposit) forms received via an electronic queue.
• Perform data entry of clients' confidential banking information (e.g., personal account numbers, demographic information) with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Research errors or problems concerning entries made at the branch or Home Office level.
• Review and correct processing errors as needed.
• Communicate with clients via email and instant messaging (clientele includes Financial Advisors and their support staff/RJ branches).
• Field incoming calls from branch or internal contacts, providing customer service and related follow-up.
• Multitask by handling calls, data entry, and responding to emails.
• Manage the team email inbox.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recent office experience in a data entry-centric role.
• 6000 KPH with 85% accuracy on Data Assessment.
• Banking/Finance industry experience.
• Strong customer service background.
• Minimum: High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Pay

$26.00 - $26.00/hour.

This is a hybrid position based in Memphis, TN.
