Responsibilities
- Serves as primary contact for families/guardians, DCF, and schools regarding treatment progress of caseload of youth
- Facilitates diagnostic and clinical assessments, including the CANS and comprehensive assessments
- Attends Individual Treatment Plan meetings
- Cofacilitates clinical and psycho-educational groups with the Program Clinician and psycho-educational groups within the milieu
- Provides support to milieu to ensure fidelity to the ARC framework
- Aids youth in developing Behavioral Support and Safety Plans
- Coordinates and supervises family and guardian visits
- Aids in facilitating intakes for the ER Programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field required
- Two years of human services experience required, preferably in a similar residential setting
