Case Worker

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary contact for families/guardians, DCF, and schools regarding treatment progress of caseload of youth
• Facilitates diagnostic and clinical assessments, including the CANS and comprehensive assessments
• Attends Individual Treatment Plan meetings
• Cofacilitates clinical and psycho-educational groups with the Program Clinician and psycho-educational groups within the milieu
• Provides support to milieu to ensure fidelity to the ARC framework
• Aids youth in developing Behavioral Support and Safety Plans
• Coordinates and supervises family and guardian visits
• Aids in facilitating intakes for the ER Programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field required
• Two years of human services experience required, preferably in a similar residential setting
