Key Responsibilities
- Protocol Execution: Conduct case study sessions in strict accordance with approved study designs and research protocols.
- Participant Management: Provide clear, concise instructions for participants to ensure they understand procedures and adhere to study requirements.
- Environment & Equipment Setup: Prepare, calibrate, and organize collection equipment, connected devices, and physical/remote environments prior to each session.
- Quality Control: Monitor data streams in real time, making protocol-compliant adjustments to maintain data integrity and prevent loss.
- Data Security: Perform secure data uploads using authorized systems, verifying successful transfer and storage while maintaining strict participant privacy.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and report hardware, software, or procedural glitches. Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support.
- Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and data confidentiality standards, ensuring prompt reporting of any incidents or deviations.
- Operational Readiness: Maintain the flexibility to support urgent or ad hoc case study needs within defined service levels.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of work experience
- Protocol Precision: Proven ability to follow complex, detailed research or technical protocols without deviation.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware sensors, and software interfaces.
- Data Management: Proficiency in secure file handling procedures and data upload systems.
- Environment Preparation: Skill in setting up physical spaces and technical equipment for optimal performance.
- Documentation: Ability to maintain accurate logs and generate clear, concise issue reports.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills, specifically the ability to explain technical tasks to non-technical participants.
- Composure: A calm, professional demeanor, especially when working under time constraints or handling technical delays.
- Attention to Detail: High situational awareness to catch subtle errors in case study or participant behavior.
- Integrity: Unwavering commitment to ethics, confidentiality, and data security.
